I have be a resident of Sunrise Estates for a year this month. I am a property manager myself and I am also on the Parks and Rec committee for the city of Stacy. I love my home, my yard and my community. I appreciate "all the rules" and have no issue complying with any of them. No rules set forth thus far seem unreasonable and all are for the benefit of the community. Every time I have had a problem the maintenance guys are quick to help me (even though they technically did not have to) I also broke my knee last year and was laid up for a few months. Twice I was asked how my recovery was going and if I needed anything. Classy!
I would be the first to chime in if I thought the park was being run haphazardly or unfairly but I can assure you that at least from my perspective, for this past year it's being run exceptionally well.

The owner Dustin is the best ever. He goes out of the way for his renters. Him and Kelly the manager goes out of there way to try to make it a better place for everyone who lives in the park. They may not make ever one happy , but they try hard and it's more than I can say for most people. That is worth more to me than anything. Just wanted to say thank you. Everything has not gone unnoticed. Thank you Kelly and Sara and everyone who works so hard to make it a better place to live in. Tamie
Very pleasant people, and most people are veey nice. They have really been cleaning it up and getting rid of the trouble.
Believe me, I know how hard management change is on a community, I've take over several, and have been bought out by two. Once I was the only person out of a staff of 20 that kept their job. It's hard on everyone. Residents and Management alike.
Sunrise Estates is a nice place to live with reasonable management that really seems to care. Do not hesitate to buy a home here. I implore you not to listen to reviews that are not specific and are based on emotion. In my experience residents with issues accepting and complying with new rules are the first ones to move on leaving a brighter and brighter community behind with each move.
Meth infested trailer park. Not recommended
No fences, not good for children and pets. Employment is biased and predjudice. Advertise their religion. Sevices held right at the main office. Any grievances about anything cannot go further than the one manager. For example trying to resolve an issue of two inches of ice in the whole park and no ice melt being put down. Park owner you cannot get a hold of all calls go back to the manager who disregards the ice on the road as well as injuries occurring as a result.
